Install

archipelago generate changelog_generator

The monorepo scaffold generates it. Requires monorepo_toolkit: post_gen adds the script as a path dependency and injects ChangelogCommand() into command_runner.dart's free-command list.

Limitations

• The group list is fixed (Breaking changes, Features, Fixes, Performance, Other); there is no config file.
• Commit subjects are copied as written. Entries carry no commit hash or link.
