Terms & Conditions
Version 1.1 · Effective October 9, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Archipelago platform, CLI tool, and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Banua Coder ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Description of Service
Archipelago is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that provides:
- A command-line interface (CLI) tool for generating Flutter project scaffolding
- Pre-built brick templates with production-ready architecture patterns
- A monorepo development toolkit generated into your project
- Documentation and guides for Flutter development best practices
The Service is designed to accelerate Flutter application development by providing battle-tested boilerplate code and tooling.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Providing accurate and up-to-date account information
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
4. Plans & Payments
Archipelago offers the following plans:
- Free: Access to a limited set of brick templates and basic CLI functionality.
- Pro: All Free and Pro brick templates, priority support, and advanced features.
- Enterprise: Everything in Pro, plus source code access via a shared Git repository, and highest-priority support.
Payments are processed securely through:
- Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor and merchant of record
Paid plans (Pro and Enterprise) are one-time purchases that give lifetime access to the bricks and tools in your tier, including future updates to them. There are no recurring charges. You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase. When an order is refunded, access to paid bricks and, for Enterprise, the shared Git repository is revoked.
5. Intellectual Property
Our Property
The Archipelago platform, CLI tool, brick templates, documentation, and all associated intellectual property are owned by Banua Coder. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Brick Templates
Brick templates are licensed on a per-user basis. You may use them to generate code for your own projects, but you may not:
- Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the brick templates themselves
- Share your account credentials or brick templates with unauthorized users
- Use the templates to create a competing boilerplate or code generation service
Generated Code
Subject to the restrictions below, code generated by the Archipelago CLI using brick templates belongs to you. You are free to use, modify, distribute, and commercialize the generated code as part of your own applications, without attribution.
You may not distribute, sell, or sublicense generated code, in whole or in substantial part, as a template, boilerplate, starter kit, or code generator, or in any other form whose value lies in being a reusable foundation for other projects rather than a working application.
Brick templates and generated output may carry identifying markers that let us trace their origin. Removing, altering, or obscuring these markers is a breach of these terms. We may terminate your access immediately and without notice for any breach of this section.
Enterprise Source Access
Enterprise customers receive access to brick template source code via a shared Git repository. This access is granted under the same per-user license and may not be redistributed outside your organization.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the CLI tool or platform
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its underlying infrastructure
- Circumvent any access controls, rate limits, or security measures
- Scrape, crawl, or automate access to the Service beyond normal CLI usage
- Share, resell, or redistribute brick templates or your account access
- Remove, alter, or obscure identifying markers in brick templates or generated output
- Use the Service to build a directly competing product
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Banua Coder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
- Your use of or inability to use the Service
- Any bugs, errors, or defects in generated code or templates
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
- Any interruption or cessation of the Service
Our total liability for any claims arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these terms.
Upon termination:
- Your right to access the Service and brick templates ceases immediately
- Code you have already generated remains yours
- We may delete your account data after a reasonable retention period
- Enterprise source code repository access will be revoked
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Indonesia.
